Very cozy Bed and Breakfast. They provide food for you, and if you would like to cook yourself you have that option too! It is a few blocks away from the L subway which will take you into Manhattan. It is also very close to JFK airport which is great (you can take the tram and subway or get a cab which is between $30-$40 from/to JFK airport). Gloria and Delon are very hospitable.
I love that at home feeling and the price is great. You get everything you need for breakfast and have a microwave and fridge to store and heat up leftovers. It is located in an area that can take you into the city and Williamsburg, Brooklyn. My place to stay when in the city.
My spouce and my self spent 13 days from the 9 of july 2017 to the 22 of july 2017 at delz bed & breakfast it was a awesome experience first of all the welcome we received from Gloria made us felt like we knew her all our life she never intruded on our privacy as we called her she attended to our needs right away or if she was not close she would send someone to assist clean rooms the place was immaculate a home away from home and what was even greater we felt safe going on the road because we could always hire her to take us back and forth the comments we read before we had gone there made us thought twice but reaching there and experiencing the place for ourselves it's was totally different Gloria we loved your hospitality and we are definitely coming back gods willing continue to be that wonderful person you are until we meet again Rose mckoy & Ephraim Douglas love you not to mention safe community quiet and peaceful AC up WI up everything was up no complaints only miss you .

The B and B was very nice and inviting. It was clean and located close to a lot of amenities. The owner was very understanding and friendly. She made it feel like home.
No sign on the street, it is next to a daycare. It seems shady at first but the lady who runs it is awesome and there was plenty of space. Rented the place for a weekend and she dropped off the keys and stocked the fridge with food (you make your own breakfast but that just means you eat on your time) then left and didn't bother us for the rest of the weekend. Felt like it was an apartment complex rented out Airbnb style.
Even though a humble external expression of the house, the room was very clean and with what you need. Sharing clean and practical bathroom with one other room. Free WiFi. Self service on the kitchen with breakfast - very practical. 6 minutes walk to the railway which brings you right into Manhattan. The neighborhood felt very safe to walk through - even close to midnight, Friday evening. Maybe most important - Gloria is very nice and helpful! I have already booked the next stay here - after coming back from a visit to Niagara Falls!
